These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through marlenechenard.com, operated by Marlène Chénard Limited ("I", "me", "my", "the Company"), including Visibility Library products (Guides, Toolkits, Kits), the Visibility Review, and Consulting engagements. By purchasing any of these, you agree to these terms.
When you purchase a Library product, you're granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share the files or Notion links with anyone else, in original or modified form. All content remains the copyright of Marlène Chénard Limited.
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once delivered, given the nature of digital goods. If something is genuinely wrong with what you received — a broken link, the wrong file — email hello@marlenechenard.com and I'll get it fixed.
The Visibility Review is a one-off paid service delivered as a written report (the Visibility Wins Report), typically within 1–2 weeks of payment and receipt of your completed questionnaire.
Your responsibilities: timely delivery depends on you providing accurate, complete information via the pre-review questionnaire and, where relevant, access to Google Search Console. Delays in providing this information may delay delivery.
Refunds: because this involves personalised work carried out on your specific website, the Visibility Review is non-refundable once the review has begun. If you haven't yet received your questionnaire confirmation or work hasn't started, contact hello@marlenechenard.com to discuss cancelling.
Optional add-ons (such as a strategy session) are billed and confirmed separately and are likewise non-refundable once delivered.
Consulting engagements are scoped individually after an initial conversation. Specific terms — including scope, timeline, payment schedule, and cancellation terms — will be confirmed in writing (by email or a separate agreement) before work begins. Where a specific engagement agreement conflicts with these general terms, the engagement agreement takes precedence.
SEO, AI search visibility, and website performance depend on many factors outside my control — including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, your own implementation, and market conditions. While I bring genuine expertise and evidence-based recommendations to every engagement, I cannot and do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, conversions, or business outcomes from any product or service purchased through this Site.
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, on behalf of Marlène Chénard Limited, at the time of purchase. I don't see or store your full card details. If applicable taxes (such as VAT) apply to your purchase, these will be reflected at checkout.
For the Visibility Review and Consulting engagements, you own the specific recommendations and deliverables prepared for your business. The underlying frameworks, methodology, templates, and general know-how used to create them remain the intellectual property of Marlène Chénard Limited, which retains the right to use similar approaches with other clients.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Marlène Chénard Limited to you for any claim arising from a purchase made through this Site is limited to the amount you paid for that specific product or service. Marlène Chénard Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity, arising from your use of any Guide, Toolkit, Kit, Visibility Review, or Consulting engagement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where such exclusion would be unlawful.
By making a purchase, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and, if purchasing on behalf of a business, that you have the authority to do so.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
